There is NO spyware, NO advertisements in any of the software offered.  Also none of the software collects, records, or sends any data to any external site.  

Usage of the software is subject to the following conditions.

FREEWARE LICENCING

In consideration of HakaSoft allowing the User to use the software ("Software") contained on this website, the User consents to all of the following conditions governing the use of the Software.

• • The Software is owned by HakaSoft.

  • The User accepts a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software for educational, non-commercial purposes.  Any use of or reliance by the User on the Software or any part thereof is at the User's own risk and HakaSoft shall not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever arising as a result of such use.

  • The User acknowledges that the Software was developed by HakaSoft for its own research purposes.  HakaSoft will not therefore be liable for interpretation of or inconsistencies, discrepancies, errors or omissions in any or all of the Software or documentation as supplied.

  • The User agrees that the Software or any part thereof, either digital or hardcopy, must not be sold, given away, traded, let, hired or otherwise dealt with, without the prior written approval of HakaSoft.  Should the User wish to use the Software commercially, a special licence must be obtained from HakaSoft for this purpose.

  • The software is provided 'as is', and neither HakaSoft or the Author makes any claims, either express or implied, to the fitness of this software for any particular purpose.
